Dizene is a medication used for the treatment and prevention of redwater in cattle.

Dizene contains the active ingredient diminazene, which is effective against both Asiatic (European) redwater and African redwater. The medication works by killing the Babesia parasite in the bloodstream of the infected cattle, which helps to improve their red blood cell count and overall health.

Dizene Cattle is administered by injection and provides protection against Asiatic (European) redwater for two weeks and African redwater for four weeks. It is important to follow the dosage instructions to ensure proper treatment and prevention of redwater disease in cattle.

The recommended dosage for cattle is 7ml per 100kg body mass.
