How to Order

If you’re looking to order online, follow these simple steps:

  1. Search for the product you want: You can either type the name of the product you’re looking for in the search bar, or you can browse products by selecting the species and category you’re interested in.

  2. Add the product to your cart: Once you’ve found the product you want, simply click on the “Add to Cart” icon. This will add the item to your shopping basket. If you want to keep shopping, just repeat the process.

  3. Review your order: When you’re done shopping, click on the “My Cart” tab to review your order. From there, you’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your personal details.

  4. Complete your order: Once you’ve entered your personal details, you’ll be prompted to choose a payment method and finalize your order. Review all the details of your order one last time, and then click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

That’s it! Following these simple steps will allow you to easily and efficiently order products online.

To place an order by email, follow these steps:

  1. Send your order: Email your order to thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za. Make sure to include your delivery address, contact details, and shopping list.

  2. Choose your payment method: Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT). If you choose to pay via EFT, be sure to email through the proof of payment to the same email address, using your name and order number as a reference.

  3. Wait for confirmation: Orders will be processed upon receipt of proof of payment. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

Payment is an important part of the ordering process. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Payment failure: If payment fails due to reasons such as an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds, or a non-existent account, the purchase will not be successful. Keep in mind that the availability of the product is also a factor in the purchase.

  2. EFT orders: For orders paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT), it’s important to email proof of payment to thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled. If you have any issues with payment, please contact us at 033 263 1608 or via email.

  3. Processing times: Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for processing and delivery times.

Termination of Suspected Fraudulent Orders:

  • Vet Products online (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order that it suspects of being fraudulent.  This includes but is not limited to instances of suspected stolen credit cards and abuse of referral programme incentives.
  • On occasion, a Client Concierge may request a copy of your official identification document or the front of your credit card to verify the transaction with the relevant bank.  Vet Products Online (Pty) Ltd may cancel any order where the necessary documentation is not provided in a timely manner (usually withing 24 hours).
  • In the even of a fraudulent purchase being placed with Vet Products Online (Pty) Ltd, cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded.  Vet Products Online (Pty) Ltd does not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud.

All products sold on our website are for animal use only.

  1. At Vet Products Online, we use The Courier Guy for our door-to-door courier service within South Africa. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your parcel via The Courier Guy’s website at www.thecourierguy.co.za.

    If you prefer to use your own courier, please contact our office to make arrangements. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner.

    Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from our offices in Mooi River. Just let us know when you place your order, and we’ll arrange for it to be ready for pickup.

    We want to make sure that your order arrives safely and on time, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about delivery.

Please note that insurance is not automatically included in the cost of delivery. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us at thevet@vetproductsonline.co.za. We’ll be happy to provide you with insurance options and help you choose the best one for your needs.

While registration is not required to shop online with us, it can make the process more efficient and convenient. By registering, you’ll have access to our quick re-ordering system, which includes a shortlist of your favorite and frequently purchased items.

When you log in to your account, you’ll be able to view your recent and regular shopping products. You can easily add or remove items from your shortlist, and the latest prices for each item will be displayed. This feature can save you time and effort when shopping with us.

When you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your registration. Your privacy is important to us, and any information you provide will be kept confidential and used only by Vet Products Online.
