CANI-CAL is a palatable calcium supplement formulated for dogs. It contains an optimal level of calcium and phosphorus, necessary for normal growth and bone development in dogs. Nowadays calcium supplementation is not considered to be essential, provided growing dogs receive adequate levels in their diets. This may not always be possible due to financial constraints or other reasons, and under certain conditions, calcium supplementation is of benefit to the dog. In these circumstances, CANI-CAL is ideal. CANI-CAL can also be used in pregnant and lactating bitches to ensure that they are receiving enough calcium to cope with the demands of gestation and milk production.
