It contains 5% chlorhexidine digluconate in an aqueous solution and is designed for dilution before use.

Directions for Use

Dilute before use according to the required concentration.

To prepare 1 Litre of a 0.05% chlorhexidine solution, mix:

• 10 ml Chlorhexidine 5% Concentrate
• 990 ml clean water

Allow the diluted solution to remain in contact with the cleaned surface for at least 15 minutes before rinsing if required. Always clean heavily soiled surfaces prior to disinfection. Use only according to the manufacturer’s directions.
