Virbamax First Drench (1 Litre)

Virbamax First Drench is an oral anthelmintic containing abamectin and praziquantel. It provides control of specified roundworms and tapeworms, with additional nasal worm control in sheep and goats.

Who the Product is For

For sheep, lambs, goats, kids, calves and ostriches older than six weeks. Do not use in animals under six weeks or emaciated and debilitated animals.

Directions for Use

Administer orally, strictly according to the registered insert:

• Sheep and goats: 2,5 ml per 10 kg body mass.

• Lambs, kids and calves older than six weeks: 2,5 ml per 10 kg body mass.

• Ostriches older than six weeks: 2,5 ml per 8 kg body mass.

Weigh young animals and group by body mass before dosing. Do not overdose, dilute or mix with other substances.

Storage & Other Instructions

Store below 25 °C, protected from light and away from food and feed. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.

Avoid eye and skin contact. Wash hands after use. Do not reuse containers. Dispose of containers and remaining contents safely. Do not contaminate dams, rivers or streams.

Clostridial vaccination, including against pulpy kidney, is recommended for sheep and goats.

Meat withdrawal: 14 days for sheep, goats and calves; no meat withdrawal period for ostriches.

Do not treat sheep or goats producing milk for human consumption during lactation or within 28 days before lactation begins.
