Directions for Use

Agita 10 WG has multiple application methods tailored to your needs – always read the packaging insert.

As a Paint-on for Adult Fly Control:

• Thoroughly mix 50g Agita 10 WG with 40 g lukewarm water until a brushable liquid is obtained.
• Apply in strips on walls and ceilings where flies congregate.
• Repeat as necessary.

As a Low-Pressure Spray for Adult Fly Control:

• Mix 50g Agita 10 WG with 400ml lukewarm water.
• Spray where flies congregate, e.g. warm wall areas, pen partitions, posts, window frames, pipes and outside of feeding troughs.
• Carefully avoid places within reach of children and animals.

As a Band Spray or Feed Bait for Litter Beetle Control in Poultry Houses:

Band Spray:

1. Mix 4 g of Agita 10 WG per m² of surface area.
2. Spray a one-meter-wide band on all sides of the house, with one third on the wall and two thirds on the ceiling.
3. Spray around cracks or openings in the ceiling.
4. Apply after cleaning and placing new litter, just before the house is heated for the new batch of chicks.

Feed Bait:

1. Mix 25g of Agita 10 WG with 1kg of feed.
2. Place 30g of the mixture under each feeder pan.
3. If using chick paper, apply the bait before placing the paper.
4. A second application can be done midway through the cycle.

Storage Conditions: Store Agita in its original tightly closed container, protecting it from light and humidity. Keep it below 30 °C.

• Avoid release into the environment.
• Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons, and animals.
• Do not store the made-up liquid, and keep the container tightly closed between uses to maintain the strength of the attractant.

Precautions:

• Wear rubber gloves, safety glasses, an effective dust mask, and heavy-duty working clothes during application.
• In case of accidental contact, remove contaminated clothing, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water, and rinse eyes with clean water.
• Operator to shower or bath once finished working and change clothing.
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke during application.
• Prevent contamination of food, feedstuffs, utensils, and water.
